The Gazi Medya Multilingual PDF Print Manager is a free Excel-based tool that prints dozens of PDFs in a folder at once, without opening them one by one. The professional version lets you pick the folder from a dialog, preview the PDF list with size and date, tick exactly which files to print, choose the printer from a list, and log every result to a history sheet. The interface runs in Turkish, English, German, French and Spanish.

Batch Printing

Folder Picker & PDF List
Choose the folder from a dialog; PDFs in the main folder are listed automatically with name, size and modified date. Subfolders are not scanned, avoiding accidental prints.
Per-File Selection
Tick or untick each PDF individually. Select-all and clear-selection buttons handle long lists in seconds.
Printer Selection
Installed printers are detected automatically. Your chosen printer is set as temporary default and the previous default is restored when the job finishes.
History & Result Log
Each file's result (sent / failed) shows in the list; a separate history sheet records date, user, printer and file for every operation.

Is it free?
Yes. The tool can be downloaded and used free of charge; it is provided by Gazi Medya Elektronik Yayıncılık.
What does it need to run?
Microsoft Excel (macro-enabled) and Windows. PDFs must be associated with Adobe Acrobat Reader, and Adobe must be installed.
Does it print PDFs in subfolders too?
No. Only PDFs directly inside the selected folder are processed; subfolders are not scanned. This prevents accidentally printing hundreds of files.
Will my computer freeze during printing?
No. There is an adjustable wait between each PDF (default ~8 seconds); on slow systems or network printers this can be increased.
